BEWARE!!!! If I could write -5 stars I would. This company is a scam! Do not give them money. I called for work to get a quote on a new construction project with 3 garage doors. The guy seemed responsive came out, quoted job in a timely fashion. We agreed to the quoted price and gave a credit card deposit for a very large amount of money. He said 4 to 6 weeks okay. We get it we are in the business after Covid things take a little longer. 6 weeks comes and no response from our 1 phone call. 8 weeks now I am calling daily and emailing just to try to get a response. Week 9 nothing week 10 nothing week 11 finally he answers the owner and say a f...BEWARE!!!! If I could write -5 stars I would. This company is a scam! Do not give them money. Thank God the deposit was on the credit card we disputed it and won! Steve I hope you read this. I gave you every opportunity to reach out and keep me in the loop. If you were having problems with your vendor all you had to do was reach out. A customer that hears from you and knows that you are at least trying will always be more understanding then when you do not reach out. The fact that it had to come down to this let's us believe that you never ordered the doors. I told you the last phone call we actually spoke to just keep us in the loop. You assured you would and then disappeared. Now we have a project that is behind schedule for a heated garage that will not have doors on it until the end of January 2022. That is a full 6 months after I gave you our deposit. Shame on you do better as a human being.

Last Saturday afternoon my Liftmaster garage door remained locked, with car inside. I called Steve Wescott who had installed the system 15 years ago. He came to the house promptly, provided a temporary fix then completed the repair at my convenience two days later. He is supremely capable, trustworthy, conscientious, reasonably priced. If ANYONE in the Dover, Portsmouth, NH or southern Maine region needs garage installation or repair I urge all to immediately call this wonderful man.
