I recently logged into my Mac and found that my external hard drive had disappeared. I found WeRecoverData through a search, read the customer reviews and, decided to try them out. The customer engagement has been outstanding! My data is restored...on reliable media, and the total time to complete the task was shorter than I expected. Highly recommend!
Absolutely terrible service. I never once spoke to a live person that worked at this company. They use a garbage ticketing system that they never answer in a decent amount of time. When I finally got tired of waiting for a quote they finally came back with a bill that was WELL above other recovery company prices. I ask them to send my Hard Drives back and to go ahead and charge me for the inspection and shipping to find a different service. I had asked for them 4 times before they finally responded with a tracking number that had only JUST been sent back. Still not ONE person communicated with me directly. Absolutely abysmal service. I'm glad that did business with WeRecoverData. I found them on google, and found their customer service to be very good. I dropped off my device at a local office, and received prompt completion of my requested recovery. I ended up received a hard drive with all of my recovered files on it, which was a great relief to me. Shoutout to the WeRecoverData team and thanks! I would definitely use them again.

My Macbook’s hard drive was totally inaccessible and there were some pretty important documents on it that I just had to have back. Fortunately, WeRecoverData’s Washington, DC, location is not far from Farragut Square so I was able to drop the laptop off on my lunch break pretty easily without having to go through the trouble of mailing it into the company. And that saved a lot of time. Within about a day, I was able to correspond through their online portal with a technician who was looking at the problem and I was able to get updates as they did... I shopped around quite a bit before finding WeRecoverData online and it’s a good thing I did.
