I had the pleasure of working with Chris to fix my laptop and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with his services. From start to finish, he was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. First, he was able to schedule my appointment for the next day and was very accommodating with my busy schedule. Upon meeting him, he was friendly and had an approachable demeanor. He explained the potential cost differences if the liquid damage had spread and created corrosion inside my laptop. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner, (overnight!). Overall, I couldn't be happier with the service Chris provided. Wow! Chris from Well Connected Life was amazing. My macbook pro was totally messing up. I called and Chris answered the phone. Unfortunately, he was very sick but picked up the phone anyway. He and I processed over the phone the problem, he walked me through a solution and waited. It worked! Saved me tons of time and money. Just feel like this speaks to his desire to help those in need with their Apple products. Trust me, not only does Chris know what he's doing but he will not disappoint.
