Webb Heating and Cooling was a very pleasant, positive, and satisfying experience. My partner and I just bought our first house and less than 2 months in the home, the furnace broke. We sought out a few businesses for quotes and Webb was the ONLY company to respond in a timely manner and treat us as if we were their priority, while no doubt managing many more customer/service calls. In fact, the night that Ethan (Webb associate) came out for the quote, it was 2 hours past closing time. But since he was tending to another emergency service call, he STILL came to work up my quote that evening after the fact. That goes to show they will not leav... In fact, the night that Ethan (Webb associate) came out for the quote, it was 2 hours past closing time. But since he was tending to another emergency service call, he STILL came to work up my quote that evening after the fact. That goes to show they will not leave you hanging. They called back the next day with the official quote and allowed us to pester them with many questions and concerns prior to accepting their business. They were far more interested in making sure we felt heard and understood over them making a sale. That kind of customer service is rare. After some thought and discussion, my partner and I decided to replace the air unit as well, seeing as how the furnace and air unit both were around 20 years old. Something noteworthy to mention, when comparing the size options of the air unit and/or the possibility of even adding new returns in the home, Webb did not act fast to just agree with what would make them the most money. Dustin (the manager) made sure to explain how he would go about deciding whether that would be necessary or not. He also mentioned that he would not do anything that he did not feel good about, (even if that means they would have made more money), and he meant it. When we signed the deal, they moved fast. So long as the equipment was available they said it would only take a few days (luckily it was in stock). They have since come (day after installment) to check in with the installation and make certain we were satisfied with the outcome. Any company can say they will be there, but actions speak louder than words. And Webb exhibited loyal, trustworthy actions throughout our experience with them. THEY EVEN go ahead and register your equipment as a complementary service so that it is all set up and ready to go when you finalize payment. Its the little things that make people feel like they are more than just another customer, but a fellow respected human just seeking to be treated fairly and honestly.
