Needed some repairs for a broken old opener. Scott promptly contacted me after I submitted the Web contact info. We went over what was needed and hooked me up with openers that we never had before! Not too familiar with the mechanics of garage doors but Scott was seamless, thorough and very professional. Not to mention the price was really affordable! Pleasantly surprised! Highly recommended!

Garage door motor started smoking late Thursday evening. I called Weaver Door around noon on Friday and he said he could get me into his schedule the following week on Thursday since he had a busy schedule. I was unsure if I just wanted the motor fixed or a new door because of issues in the past and requested a quote for both. He gave me the price to replace the motor, which I thought was very reasonable. He was in constant communication with me and gave me an ETA on the day of the appointment. He told me that the door was actually in good shape and that it still has life in it. Fixed the motor and recommended that I had a bar installed to e... Then I asked roughly the cost of a new door for my garage and he gave me a price range, which I thought was reasonable. Very professional and easy to talk to. When the time comes for a new garage door, I will be calling Weaver Door first (and for all future issues with my garage door).
Called and discussed my needs for a shaft mount door opener, they made a great recommendation at a lower price then competitors, they were able to fit me in the same week to install also! installation went flawless, they cleaned everything up and was able to discard my old opener for me.. Theu took the time to explain all the new features and even linked my vehicles up to it. Would not hesitate to use them again.. excellent!
