Weatherservice Heating and Cooling

Very professional, they did a wonderful job, and were able to be there almost immediately.

My parents recently bought a home in Clarksburg, WV and our home has a Bryant furnace which was already installed before my family bought the home. I’d stopped at Weatherservice Heating & Cooling and they seemed very knowledgeable about the history of the furnace. The next day I’d tooled a phot of the place for Google Maps, the owner seems to be ok with that. I already recommend them. I do recommend Bryant heating and cooling products, I’m very impressed with the Bryant HVAC system in our home.

What an I possibly say for Weatherservice other than they literally saved my life! My furnace went out without warning in January. After contacting and applying for help through CAD for the weatherization program, I was contacted by Brian at Weatherservice. They assessed my furnace and got the approval for it to be replaced. Working quickly through their schedule( as I had been without heat for 2 months total and am disabled and scheduled for surgery)....they came in and removed a beast of a furnace with an energy efficient Bryant furnace. If you can get someone to show up, they do provide good service at a decent rate. However, twice now I have had an appointment scheduled for regular furnace maintenance well in advance that was not honored. The first time this happened - no call, no show. I rescheduled for an alternate day/time and was quite polite about the situation because I understand things come up. Gave it another shot this year. Scheduled the appointment two weeks in advance. 15 minutes after the 90 minute window they gave me, I called to see if someone was still coming. They're running behind and can get to you later today.
