just got all my windows replaced, it feels much warmer in my house. Tyler's whole crew was really polite and helpful. I felt like they liked doing their job and were not sloppy at replacing the windows. The price for the windows were also really resonable, I would 100% recommend this company. I will be getting my doors replaced along with my gutters, I hope Tyler's crew will come help again. Thank you so much!
Weathergard installed a new front door for us. The door is gorgeous, high quality and beautiful craftsmanship. The installation technicians were so kind. They were skilled, efficient, meticulous, and had this whole process down to an art. Great attention was paid to every detail. We would highly recommend this company! A+++!
I was told my brand new siding and trim would not be affected by the window install. Not true. Part of my blue trim was replaced with beige. I also told them I had several tubes of the matching blue caulk. They chose to use a yellow beige. So much for the money I spent on siding less than a year ago. I mentioned this to the office and was told this is they’re best crew they have. I then noticed under my bay window on either side of my freshly painted living room (less than 3 months) two huge marks where the paint had been scraped off and will now need to repaint the entire wall or look at an eyesore. They also wanted me to sign and pay... I was told my brand new siding and trim would not be affected by the window install. Not true. Part of my blue trim was replaced with beige. I also told them I had several tubes of the matching blue caulk. They chose to use a yellow beige. So much for the money I spent on siding less than a year ago. I mentioned this to the office and was told this is they’re best crew they have. I then noticed under my bay window on either side of my freshly painted living room (less than 3 months) two huge marks where the paint had been scraped off and will now need to repaint the entire wall or look at an eyesore. They also wanted me to sign and pay before they had finished the exterior (3windows and a sliding door with huge gaps that needed to be trimmed and cleanup had not began). Waiting for them to finish as I write this but definitely not what I was expecting from what I was told by the salesman or general customer service. You don’t ask someone to approve a job that is only 90% complete especially when you’ve already proven it’s not going to be 100%
The installers Daryn and Brenden (twin brothers) were the most pleasant from the time they entered my home until they left. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Assessing the areas; covering floors & carpets for protection. They successfully removed nine of my windows carefully without breaking any glass! The windows; framing & window sill installations were above flawless! They left the work areas vacuumed & swept clean! Thank you Daryn & Brenden for an extremely wonderful job, 'my windows & frames look beautiful'! Above all your hard work - was having installers that really cared about the customer! I’m in love with my new Weather Guard doors!! I have a side door with storm door installed and also a door that leads from the garage and into the house. They were able to match the gray color of my front door which made me very happy. Nick Schliter, the installer, showed up on time and got right to work. He thoroughly protected my flooring and the items I wasn’t able to remove from the area. Him and his son, Devin, did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Weather Guard or have Nick at my house again. Thank you for great workmanship!!
