Colt is the best. Explains everything that is going on so I can understand. Prices are very reasonable. Been taking my computers there for years. I even bought a refurbished desktop from him for my dad years ago. It lasted for years. I would never go anywhere else.

Not only do they fix stupid computers, they fix helpless users as well! As a senior, I occasionally struggle with tech issues on my laptop. Colt has been so gentle, understanding, informative, and encouraging with me, getting me out of trouble on several occasions, suggesting programs and apps that are beneficial for my use, and setting up my new laptops as I've begun using them. When I've had to leave my laptop for service, the turnaround is always quick. Colt is always friendly and quick to help, even those like me who are not tech savvy. Warned me that my issue was a scam, directed me what not to do, and then gave me quick advice as to how I could clear my computer of the scam. And I was able to do it myself -- in a matter of minutes. So proud of myself, but very grateful to Colt!! He's the best!

Stay away from these guys, just found out they ripped off my mother in law Faith C. She is 73, dropped it off and said if it couldn’t be fixed she wanted to get another. They assured her it could be fixed. Five days later they said it was ready. She asked if they could demo there, it didn’t work. He said she would need a new computer. That she owed them $200. Unfortunately she paid it
