I live nearby and received a pamphlet on Synthetic Oil Changes for cheaper than where I normally go. I thought I would give them a try and made appointment with Cole who was very nice. I called the next day and spoke with Thomas who was also very nice and asked how long an oil change would take, and he told me about an hour.
I dropped off the car and was told I'd get a text when it was ready.
My appointment was for 1pm and by 2:50pm I hadn't heard anything, so I thought I'd head over and maybe they just forgot. When I pulled up, I could still see my car on the lift, so I asked how much longer and was told it wasn't going to be too much long...I live nearby and received a pamphlet on Synthetic Oil Changes for cheaper than where I normally go. 3:10pm comes along and so I asked again and was told "they didn't pull your car down yet?" The gentleman went to go look, I could only assume it was Thomas and within 5 mins I was getting my car driven up front.
Gentleman apologized to me and told me it should not have taken that long and apologized again. I appreciated the apology and the service.
I understand that not everyone has great experiences with places, but an acknowledgement and apology go a long way in my book.

We Fix It team is incredible at every level. We’ve had 3 different vehicles to them for service from all new brakes, a/c service, transmission service, oil changes, serpentine belts, and many more smaller items. These guys do amazing work and never had to guess or question pricing or what service was provided during a visit. Trust is the major part of this relationship! I am from WA State and have my 2 daughters living in AZ going to college. Having a Reputable and Trustworthy auto team to handle my girls auto needs is so vital, i leave the driving safety to We Fix It to ensure my girls cars run in top condition. Super cool staff. They work fast. Got my a/c back booming! They will answer your questions. They took me to my car and showed me the answer. I was happy with the pricing. I don’t feel taken advantage of. They will be my go to spot moving forward. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know to check them out as well.
