Waynesville Clock Shop

Our antique pendulum clock had stopped working. We brought it in to Jennifer and her husband who explained what happened (user error!) and how to fix it. They further educated us on the guys of our 100 year old clock as well which was super interesting! They were kind, patient and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

My experience was first rate. Jennifer was so helpful. I have an old cuckoo clock, and the music box was not working. Jennifer examined the clock and was able to make some adjustments on the spot to get it working again. While she was doing this work, she did advise me to check out some other shops within easy walking distance. That also was a good experience. She did advise that with the age of the clock that significant repairs could be upcoming, and it may be more cost effective at that time to consider a new clock, but for now, my old cuckoo clock is working. I took an older mantle clock into to this shop because pendulum kept stopping. I was advised to adjust pendulum length and make sure was level. I did this and clock is working perfectly. The shop is lovely with an assortment of quality clocks. Well worth the drive to Waynesville.

Stopped in during a day trip and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were even happy to share tips and info about the town. The shop itself is amazing—every kind of clock you can imagine, from beautiful antiques to modern styles and fun kids’ clocks. They also carry other unique items like charming little music boxes. Bonus points that they offer clock repair as well. A true gem of a shop and absolutely worth the visit!
