DO NOT do business with them. My bills are usually drafted directly from my bank, and that is how this company set things up when we purchased our system. We received an annual system check and were not aware it was billed separately, so we overlooked the emails and never received an invoice in the mail.
The person I spoke with attempted to “handle” me over the phone over a $200 charge and went as far as making threats toward my husband, which I found completely unacceptable. When I expressed that I did not appreciate the threats, he became even more rude and unprofessional. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Water Processing did an outstanding job installing a soft water system at my home. There was some difficulty that was encountered and was quickly and professionally resolved. Management even offered to provide us with extra water. I also noticed I may have a small leak and they responded promptly to send a tech to my house to get the issue resolved. Job well done!
