Long story short... we had very bad water issues. It tasted bad...smelt awful..made anything white... brown... That being said...I got ahold of the Water Doctors. They sent a gentleman named Shane and he got to work on what our problems were...after a while he had our answer and a solution. He was very professional and a great person to deal with. He explained what system was needed and why...good detailed information and then set us up a appointment to get closer to having good water. The day comes and a gentleman named Isaiah shows up... Bought a house that had a water filtration system that I knew nothing about or how to upkeep it. A technician was sent out and was here in less than a week. He was able to really teach me about my system and found it was very much on need of being replaced. He even spent the time to show me where the system failed. Just to add... this is a Veteran owned business with one of the owners (Chris) being an Army Veteran who was deployed overseas during the same time I was deployed to the Gulf! GO NAVY!! 😉

Let me put my review in perspective. I have lived in my house here for over 40 years, the well water has always been horrible, hard and high in iron. Over the years, I have had 6 different water systems installed. All turned out disappointing to useless, both in the system itself and the servicing of them. Then a few years back I had Water Doctor install a system. Water Doctor has been servicing my water system for years now and their technicians has been amazing. Technician Zak Smith was on time, showed his credentials, was very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional while explaining the work he performed. His explanations were very clear and concise.
