Had great experience. We had a leaking garbage disposal that we didn’t notice for days. Few weeks later our wood floor was buckling and warped. Called around and Gabe came out the next day. After verifying recommendations, we were immediately impressed when Gabe from Water Damage and Wood Floor Restoration came out promptly for an initial assessment. Shortly thereafter, his team installed dehumidifiers to minimize further damage. After five days, it was determined that select floor segments required replacement. Following consultation with our insurance company, we proceeded with repairing and refinishing the entire fir... The repair and replacement timeline was quoted at 14 days—critical for us, as we vacated our home and moved into a short-term rental for two weeks. Throughout the project, we checked in daily and were consistently impressed by the expertise, craftsmanship, and Gabe’s personal oversight. So impressed, in fact, that we elected to add hardwood flooring to our primary bedroom walk-in closet and a small studio room that had previously been carpeted. Associated wall repairs and painting brought our home back to “new home” condition. The project was completed on schedule and within budget. Gabe and his team is very professional, showed up on time, prepared the area and completed work on schedule. The price is very reasonable (cheapest compared to others quoted me) and the quality of the work is great. My old floor was glued to the concrete and they removed them without causing any subfloor issues, it’s mostly flat and ready for new installation. Would recommend them to others and will definitely ask them to do the kitchen area next year. Attached some before and after photos.
