Just recently purchased a beautiful Seiko Prospex at a great price here. Great customer service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend this store for great deals and services like batteries and link removals (had a few watches that I had serviced here in the past).

I went there with my sister, 8 watches between us, for batteries. The reviews seemed positive. We started on a Thursday, around 2:00. He stated they were busy and it would be around 4 that day. The watches were all on one ticket. I said I would come back the next day. Went back 2 days later, on Saturday and they still weren’t ready, even though I gave an extra day. Went back twice on Wednesday and they were closed at 11 and 12. I finally got them back today, with one not fixed. A little customer service, like a phone call when they were/ were not ready would have been a lot better than 4 trips to the mall to pick them up. Obviously t... This store is like a true family. Every-time I come in here I get taken care of and given the best deal. This is more than just a jewelry store, this is a store filled with good people who care about you and will look out for your best interest. They are honest, kind and have always given me the best customer service. I have been shopping with them for years and always recommend this place to others. They do custom jewelry, repairs on watches and jewelry and so much more! Love my watches unlimited family. Ishmail is an amazing guy that will get the job done! Alex has great insight and artistic visions for customs and you can always count on... This store is like a true family. Every-time I come in here I get taken care of and given the best deal. I have been bringing my movado watches and my other two watches here for the last eight years for battery replacement. The customer service is always great. My battery always dies before the warranty is up but they always change it with no problem and at no additional cost
