Watch & Jewelry Repair Center

This establishment charged $32 for a watch battery which they guaranteed for 3 years. This was triple what I previously paid but she convinced me it was a superior battery. 1.5 years later the watch stopped working so I brought it in with the receipt. The woman who said she was the owner said that the battery was only guaranteed for one year but it can last up to 3 years. That was not what I was told originally. She became indignant and I was really shocked that a small business owner would mislead a customer and be so rude. I will never return.

I’ve been using “watch and jewelry of boca” for many years! They are stellar at customer service and repair experts! They also have made some custom design creations when I wanted to repurpose some of my antique family jewelry. I love their “outside the box” willingness to be creative in helping me preserve the past by bringing it present. Definitely, tried and trusted with integrity and highly recommend!! This location is fine for watch battery replacement if they happen to have that battery available. I dropped off my watch on December 5, 2024 and was told it should be ready in one or two weeks since they would have to order the battery. I returned two weeks later (the week before Christmas) and was told they had received the battery but hadn't yet had time to charge and install it. I have been using Dee & Co for years. I have found them to be super helpful, honest and professional. I have had everything from watch batteries, Jewlery repairs and Jewlery designed. They have never disappointed me! Dee is creative with taking old Jewlery and turning it into something new and fabulous without costing a mortgage payment.
