Long overdue review, Cesar was exceptional in my opinion. He fixed my old seiko so my wife and I can wear them again and I will be taking more watches to him in the future! I have a few in my collection that I know I wouldn’t trust with anyone else.
I needed a few scratches repaired on my ring. César repaired them, and I left with a beautifully clean and polished ring for a great price!
