I am getting FED UP with them leaving a can in the middle of my driveway!!!! First few times I came home and had to get out with my walker to move it. Now, I'm in a freaking cervical collar for a car crash and came home from the ER to have one in the middle of the driveway AGAIN. We have them 3+ feet from the mailbox and 3 ft. apart from one another on recycling days. What is the problem?? This is bordering on harassment. The first picture is how I found them. The second indicates where we put them on collection day.

All of these items stuffed in a garbage bag somehow ending up on the road doesn’t add up. Alongside that, they broke both of my containers, have left multiple notes stating to leave my garbage cans 3’ apart as I already usually leave them 3-4’ apart. Came home to my recycling bin laying halfway in the road once and thanks to the ring camera, we confirmed it was there the second the driver left and didn’t move another inch. Sorry for all the people having to avoid it in the road. My fault, right? Always problems. Bought a new home 3 weeks ago and wm refuses to pick up their cans

There was just one of your trucks driving down Galloway street and had papers flying out of it. So now there's someone's mail all over the area by IFD on Galloway street. Really need to make sure that your customers put their stuff in bags before picking up

Frequently missed trash collection. Then called to tell me their new truck couldn’t pick up from the alley. After several back and forth phone calls, they were asking me to place my bins on the walkway to my front door. I decided to switch to another service and incurred a surprise $75 charge for picking up the bins. Would just start with another service, this company is a headache to deal with.
