Excellent service!!! And price!!!! Took my car in for an emissions code. They said it'll take an hour to diagnose. The mechanic got it done in 30 mins so I didn't have to pay for the full hour. Also, he took the time to research and found the emissions pump was under an extended warranty. I am super pleased with their service. I will keep using them in the future!
Good shop, nice people. Quick and efficient quality work and good prices. One of the times I was in, I ended up not needing what I came in to inquire about, and the employee that was helping me out was honest and straightforward about it; no sales tactics or gimmicks even after going out of his way to check my vehicle. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area
I am giving 1 star only because the guy with brown shoulder length hair was polite and nice. I had made an appointment a day and a half ago to get an alignment for the new tires I had purchased from this business. The appointment was at 11am. I arrived 15 minutes early. I sat down in the waiting area. I heard them talking about pushing in a dead vehicle into the shop that had been towed in there 3 days ago. They were asking who would help them push it into a bay to start working on it. So 11am rolls around and my vehicle is still sitting exactly where I parked it. I wait longer and by the time it is 11:28 I randomly ask a mechanic guy that is... I am giving 1 star only because the guy with brown shoulder length hair was polite and nice. The guy said so your the appoint for an alignment is at ? I said 11am. He said it should only be a few more minutes and then eventually leaves the room. I continue to wait and it has now passed the time of 11:45. I get up and tell the young man that it is now almost 12 and my vehicle has not been moved to be worked on and my appointment was at 11am and I came here 15 minutes early . I asked him for my keys back and he apologized. My complaint is that the people in general didn't think it was important to update me on the situation and inform me of the timing that they were now looking at to take care of my alignment. Also, from my understanding they thought it was more important to get a towed in vehicle into the shop before my alignment. My alignment by all means of time spent in labor would have been much shorter to be completed than to be working on a dead towed in vehicle. I will never be going back to this business and I will be sure to make sure all my friends and family know the experience that I had.
Took my vehicle there for an alignment. Was told my front wheel bearing was bad and too loose. Both front wheel bearings were replaced less than 2 months ago. Took it to diversified tire and they did it with no issues and for better price. I wont ever trust them with anything again.
Staff is super friendly and helpful! They went above and beyond to help get my truck fixed, and did their best to keep things within my budget! I'd give 10 stars if it was an option.
