Drove to Walmart early to get an oil change while shopping, very disappointed. According to the only mechanic employee no other workers have shown up to work. I checked back an hour and a half later still only one employee and he seems to be waiting on other workers before he opens the shop.
I want to give a big shout out to Tim and the guys at the tire center. My 18 year old daughter’s car was acting up, it was closing time but they stayed and. helped her figure out her oil level was low and got her fixed up and back on the road. You guys are rock stars.
I would’ve have 0 stars but that’s not an option on here I got 2 hours wasted out of my day and got told they couldn’t do an oil change on my car because my car doesn’t have a dip stick even tho I’ve gotten the oil changed there before I’ve never heard that and they had my number on file they could’ve called me instead of letting me walk around for 2 whole hours
