The installation process was smooth and the workers were very kind. I would be happy to provide another review after a while about the performance of the unit. Right now after the install, it is working great.
Had the heater unit go bad in the night. Called first thing in the morning. Had a tech on-site within 15 mins. Found my issue and other issues from someone else previous working on it. Found out only half of my heat strips was working and fan motor gone bad, got everything going again in a timely manner. Very pleased and would recommend 100%
I texted that morning, that afternoon 1:00pm they showed up did a great job cleaned up after themselves. Really nice guys and knowledgeable, really nice to do business with A+ ! And at this day and time it seemed to be a miracle to have someone want to do the job, show up (on Time), not take advantage of you, do a great job, be considerate, clean up after themselves! It's like we were back in the 1970s when customers felt important! Thank yall! It was refreshing to have people working here of such high caliber! I guess the only down side was it wasn't free with a lifetime warranty! Oh well you can't have everything! Yes I would recommend...
