I originally came to EJ because the prongs on my engagement ring were catching. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He recommended adding more prongs for the safety of my diamond, and I’m so glad I trusted his advice! The craftsmanship is flawless, my ring looks even more beautiful than before, and I didn’t think it was possible to fall more in love with it. Store says open. Drove all the way from west end to see a sign on the door coming back at 4pm- it was 3pm -not waiting an hour. Waste of time and gas! Ugh- open means open! Update: if you have a “business” you need to be OPENED the hours advertised! Inconveniencing a customer is not a good start- I drove over 30 mins because your website said “open”! If you are closing for lunch or picking up your child, you should mention that!

I was in need of assistance reinstalling my watch back. After a quick google search I came across Walker and Son. I called first and was promptly greeted by the owner of the store, EJ, who assured me he’d be able to help. I told him I’d be there in 10 minutes and he was even outside anticipating my arrival. In less than 5 minutes after arriving I was shaking his hand and leaving with a smile. Walker and Son is such a gem in Bellevue! My fiance and I were hoping to have a local jeweler help us design & make custom wedding bands and we were blown away by EJ’s work! He is a gifted artist who listened to what we wanted and delivered unique wedding bands that surpassed our expectations! Thank you EJ for creating beautiful bands that are truly works of art m we will enjoy wearing all our lives!

10 stars! I don’t live or work near here but happened to be in the area and needed my watch battery replaced. I was well taken care of. Above and beyond customer service. Family owed business and very family customer oriented shop. I’ll be traveling from now on to come to this place for any jewelry needs.
