Shout out to Dan, Nick & Casey from Waldman Plumbing & Heating. Casey was very pleasant to deal with, and plumbers Dan & Nick did a great job getting my pipes unfrozen. Both guys were very professional, quick to figure out my issue, and had my pipes cleared up quickly. Dan offered me good advice moving forward. The experience was very positive & I’ll definitely be recommending Waldman to family & friends.
I had a great experience with Waldman Plumbing & Heating. I had been trying for almost two weeks to find someone to repair my boiler because it wasn’t heating, but no one would respond or come out to help. I called this company and they came the very same day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed my boiler right away. Peter, the technician, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was OK. Gentlemen seemed like he knew what he was doing. Prompt. Was supposed to come by to be sure I shut the water off to the water heater, 5 minutes, I was told. Come back in the morning, not an emergency. Ended up being charged a $245 diagnostic fee. :Came the next day, prompt. Waldman responsive to my call. BUT, outrageous price. $2400 to replace a gas hot water heater. Not including the tank, which was covered under warranty. The diagnostic fee was not applied toward the bill. Not an emergency. I needed an emergency water heater replacement, and Kyle from Waldman was great. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and left the space very clean. Kyle was straightforward and honest about pricing.
Kyle was very personable and professional. He arrived on time, explained the work, and answered all of our questions. I was beyond impressed with the communication from Waldman, both in setting up the appointment, and confirming the time shortly before arrival - such a breeze to work with! There's no question who we're calling first next time.
