Wagner Door Company scheduled their technician Tim to come out and inspect my 3 garage doors as one of the doors was making noise when going back down from open position. Tim went over all doors and lubricated the door that had been making noise. Very courteous and reviewed what he did before he left I highly recommend.

This address and phone number do not belong to Wagner Door Company. The phone number appears to ring a call center that sends a contractor. The address belongs to a lawn maintenance service. See pictures. The contractor arrived promptly and I have no complaints about the work done to replace my garage door spring. Beware of lack of warranty info, $42 charge for payment by credit card, recommendations to replace additional parts and contractor requesting wi-fi password to print the invoice.

The arrival time as well as send a photo of Wagner. He was very professional and clearly knew his products. We ended up getting all 3 of our garage doors serviced. We had a broken spring on one door and a very loose chain on the other. I would recommend.
