Very pleased with ladies at front desk who helped me in emergency situation! I was visiting my daughter from out of town, had a broken radiator hose in Audi S6. They recommend a very reliable and friendly towing service and fixed my car within 24 hours for reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!
I recently started taking my Maserati to this shop and I must say I’m quite impressed with the services they have provided. Jorge is the main mechanic for my car. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail. While Missy and Leah (front desk) are always friendly and professional, I find it to be extremely helpful and important that this shop takes pictures of the issues your vehicle is having and Missy knows the mechanics of the vehicles and not just the paperwork side of the house. She can answer all relevant questions and put it into layman’s terms for the customer to understand why the vehicle is “making that noise” or “running dif... Some people will never know the impact they have on others. The owner lady at the front desk I wish I knew her name, but she is an AMAZING person! So I have been getting the run around for my locking lug nut key and she helped me out of the kindness of her heart! Such a blessing from God she was. I now will definitely be back there to get my work done on my volks wagon. Your kindness and generosity just got you a new customer!!!! Where is the 10 star button!? ⭐️💥
