They have been very busy during this part of 2025. We tried to get an estimate for work we wanted to have done in 2026. We had trouble getting someone to our home to estimate the job. The first two dates, no one came at or near the agreed times. The third date, someone came but very late. The resulting proposal had a section I did not understand. Three meetings later, it was corrected and I was able to pay the deposit. None of these three meetings were arranged, I just showed up late in the afternoon and demanded a meeting. We will see how the actual work goes.
