So, it wasn't stated upfront, but my dryer repair service was performed by another company other than this listing. It was never made clear that the work would be outsourced. Which is why the 4 out 5 stars. However, the technician that came out was professional, experienced and fast, with the repair taking about 35-40 minutes and the technician cleared the outside vent. The tech arrived within the stated time frame.

The technician who serviced my Frigidaire Refrigerator was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing the issue, getting the part ordered and delivered to me in a timely manner. They were able to fit me in, in a reasonable amount of time after initial diagnosis and I couldn’t be more grateful! Pricing was fair and service was impeccable- they even took time to clean out my very much needed freezer!
