I have a MacBook Pro 2019 and I needed the battery replaced. I took it to Gravity in Columbia. The process was simple- make an appointment, go to their establishment, the gentleman at the front asked a few questions. It took about two weeks to get it back, but to be fair there was a national holiday in between. While I was there I found out I could replace individual key caps instead of the whole keyboard, that was a plus! I had four key caps replaced. Since I have had my computer back, about 3 months, it has been working perfectly. The communication during was great and even after the job has been closed they still check up on it to see how...

I purchased a new iPhone and within 3 days it randomly popped up lines across the screen and I couldn’t read half of it. Gravity works with Apple Warranties so I was able to get the screen fixed at no cost. They were super easy to work with and my phone was fixed within a few hours.

Scheduling was easy, they were right on time, and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. They clearly explained the process, what to expect, and any costs up front. No surprises, no pressure — just professional, efficient service. My phone was repaired quickly and looks brand new again. If you need Apple service in Columbia, I highly recommend Gravity.
