This was a fast reaction troubleshooting/diagnostic call for a malfunctioning dishwasher. The technician arrived in the early evening and relatively quickly diagnosed the malfunction. He stated that Virginia Appliance Repair will get back to me within one to two business days with repair options and costs. I would recommend Virginia Appliance Repair LLC for any appliance repair. Gulilat, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He made sure the job was completed correctly. And his team was very responsive - when I called and no one answered, I immediately received a text message saying someone would be in contact with me and shortly after that they called me back.

Yes it’s expensive but keep in mind repair shops have to support their overhead, IT system, call intake staff, insurance, etc. while paying people a decent wage and benefits. Staff have to be dependable in this type of business so you want someone good and well trained. Running a small business myself I’ve reali...
