We just had 28 new windows installed by Vinyl Sash and we couldn’t be happier! The windows look amazing, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service we received from start to finish. Greyson helped us get everything ordered, Mitch made sure everything was assembled and ready to go, and Mike followed through to make sure we were completely satisfied with the whole process. We have worked with Vinyl Sash/Luxury Bath for multiple home improvement projects over the past 3 years. This includes adding an all season room, whole house window replacement, roof and siding replacement and our last project which was replacing a bathtub with a beautiful walk-in shower. They are a very good company to work with and if there were any problems (as there always is with home improvement), they were quick to respond and fix any issue we could come up with. I would highly recommend them.

Vinyl sash stands behind their product and service. The installers where on time and very courteous. work was done in a very timely matter. Did have an issue with shower pressure but they resolved issue very next day. Shower enclosure was installed sooner than they originally stated that it would be. Nice surprise!
