The delivery men were friendly and professional. They had our new refrigerator set up quickly and that included having to remove our front door to get the refrigerator inside. It's been about a month and a half since we purchased a Speed Queen 5000WN from Vinton Appliance and we couldn't be happier. I'll admit this was my second washer purchase in my life and the nicest washer of the two - with this one costing about double what the first one went for. I knew I wanted a better model going forward and since I've now had time to wash every item in the house that needs washing I can say without a doubt this is the perfect washer for us. Jeff and his team are great to work with. We unfortunately got a lemon Speed Queen which happens and is no fault of the seller. But what Jeff and his team did for us goes beyond customer service. Jeff made sure that our machine was corrected and running right. I can't thank him enough for helping us through this stressful time. We had just moved back to VA, bought a new washer and dryer, had issues but Jeff eased that stress level. If you need top class customer service and after sales support Vinton Appliance is where you need to shop.

We bought a speed queen washer and dryer 1 month ago. The technician has been out twice. I want a new washer. I have been told no. What are my rights?
