Owen did a phenomenal job of installing a Breeze air eval cooler to replace my existing 40 year old unit. He knew exactly what to do to minimize the surgery to our house to integrate the high tech controller into our existing wiring. He as fast, efficient and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him and Viking.
Owen take the time to tell me exactly what it is that he’s doing and he seems to be a very good technician. Owen is a very good person for your organization and it makes your company do what it’s supposed to do and that is satisfy your customers and he definitely does that. What another company couldn’t do in three month Viking Air COULD DO within days!! In over 100 degree temperatures within minutes Viking Air was able to get a tech out to our home. Tell us exactly what was wrong and educate us. They took the responsibility and did everything in their power for our home and our animals to keep us safe when another company failed us twice! The techs at Viking Air showed up 30 minutes early. They were very respectful of our home, time, and animals! They let us know exactly what was going on every step of the way. Harris arrived after 5 pm. 110 degrees and working in full sun on the west side of the house in the late afternoon after a full day. Zero complaints. Upbeat. Competent & quick, and happy to explain what he was doing to a homeowner who probably lingered longer than necessary. Also, he had the compatible fan motor & capacitor stocked in his van. What?! Who does that? Top shelf service. Grateful to have the AC on again! 😅
