Complicated billing process. No app. Literally a wireless phone company with no account/billing app. Gave them a deposit equal to 3 months worth of service, account suspended if I get even 1 month behind. Must pay last months and new bill, 3 weeks before it's even due, before they will return service. Service that they continue to charge you for monthly while you are suspended. Pretty expensive compared to other carriers I've used in the past. Customer service a little lacking.
