A backed-up sewer line on a Sunday morning is usually a disaster. I phoned Vessels @ 8:45 am expecting to get an answering machine but to my surprise the on-call administrator (Deleah) answered the phone and by noon a plumber was at the condo working to open the line. He was able to open the line but suspicious of other issues. A camera survey of the line was scheduled which demonstrated major issues in the old sewer line. After reviewing options with the Vessels representatives all parties agreed the best long-term solution was to replace the line which was under the concrete basement floor. A three-day job! Techs Chris, Justin and Josh arrived as scheduled each day, kept me advised of the progress each day and at the end of day three the sewer line had been replaced and new concrete in place. A beautiful job. They were a pleasure to work with! Give Vessels a try. Professional work at a fair price and amazing people to work with. Thanks to everyone involved at Vessels in turning a really bad day into a great outcome.

Les showed up with his very knowledgeable helper, I can not remember her name, but they worked great together and snaked two drains and did the great job I am used to getting from Vessels. Thanks folks, I will be telling everyone about you and how good you are at what you do.

Nice and easy to work with, Justin was very nice and solved the problem pretty dang quick! He was also very good at explaining exactly what the process to fix it would be and any other questions I had. Definitely will be using them again!

Plumbing work was top notch but the sludge in the pipes that were replaced were dumped in the grass in the side and rear yard as well as the driveway. The grass has died , it would have been a better choice to discard this material into a lined garbage can.

Toilet installed with immediate low water level . Obv a prob then on call back $$$ charge me . Still unsure what issue is but will get another plumber to fix . May our paths never cross again .
