These guys epitomize what customer service should be everywhere. It was awesome doing business with them. They are professional, they understood our needs, didn’t oversell and handled our idiosyncrasies with grace and empathy. Bravo. It was a pleasure in a time when very few home projects are that.
I am the co-owner of Pride Support Services in Barre VT. We have had occasion to have had previous homes that we support set up with security systems, in both previous cases we were very disappointed with the cost, the work and the service work, not to mention frustration with scheduling. We were referred to Vermont Security for the most recent home we needed to secure, and what a difference! The attention to detail, the knowledge, and the customer service is beyond compare. The personal attention and the genuine caring he shows about his customers' is a refreshing change from some many other companies Without hesitation I would recommend Jesse and Vermont Security to anyone seeking any type of home security! We switched from many years with ADT as they wouldn't service Montpelier! We couldn't change any equipment and looked for a solution. Vermont Security was the right choice. With people you can trust to protect you - we were very impressed with the quality of work. The app that allows us to check our house status anywhere/anytime is fantastic. We also had them replace some older security cameras. I would recommend Vermont Security to anyone looking for a reputable provider. Unfortunately, the "big guy" that advertises all the time is only concerned with the big cities in southern New England.
First and foremost, Jesse and the Vermont Security team possess an incredible knowledge of the market generally and the available technologies specifically. Jesse has a tremendous wealth of experience that makes the customer feel very comfortable with their purchases. Second, Mike and his team were amazingly professional as they installed our gear. Very thoughtful, professional, courteous. Because of Vermont Security, I have peace of mind. This is priceless. I could not more highly recommend this awesome group of professionals.
