These guys epitomize what customer service should be everywhere. It was awesome doing business with them. They are professional, they understood our needs, didn’t oversell and handled our idiosyncrasies with grace and empathy. Bravo. It was a pleasure in a time when very few home projects are that.

We switched from many years with ADT as they wouldn't service Montpelier! We couldn't change any equipment and looked for a solution. Vermont Security was the right choice. With people you can trust to protect you - we were very impressed with the quality of work. The app that allows us to check our house status anywhere/anytime is fantastic. We also had them replace some older security cameras. I would recommend Vermont Security to anyone looking for a reputable provider. Unfortunately, the "big guy" that advertises all the time is only concerned with the big cities in southern New England.
