Very unhappy with this company as a whole. Had a returned payment notice because one of the account numbers was entered incorrectly on our payment (agree, we were at fault) but politely asked the front desk to waive the $20 fee since it was our first payment issue in over 3 years in our house. Was told that it's company policy not to dismiss the payment notice and that nothing could be done. That amounts to an almost 25% fee on our regular payment. Suez water since it changed from United water are very unprofessional. They recently had ecoli in water for weeks and offered no water or rebates. Also they appear not to be taking actual readings as many appliances here have been up grated to energy efficient and there is no reflection in bill for only one person residing. My community has been on a boil water advisory since August 31, 2018. Suez knew there was a problem on August 28, 2018. Why did it take 3 days to issue the advisory? My family and some neighbors have been sick for three days because of this. Will Suez reimburse their customers for the cost of buying bottled water and the increase of our electric bills for boiling water and the extra cost of sanitizing our cookware? Your company has put many of your customers at risk. This was negligent and we as a community should be compensated for the inconvenience and risk to our health.
