I have been going to Vegas Valley Fleet for many years now. Simply put, they are awesome. Family owned and operated, professional, and down to earth poeple. They do phenomenal work and stand behind everything they do. When you find an honest jem of a shop like this , you stick with them . The sign of a good business is that sometimes it is hard to get in right away. Ask for Nick, Matt or Jimmy, and let's not for Natalie up front who always greets you with a smile and ready to pencil you in . My truck is 17 years old and runs great because of them. I won't take it anywhere else.

I want to mention Henry . He was helping out and watching over the shop on my recent visit. Thank you for getting us back on the road.

Finally, I was able to get my car fixed after using other mechanics. They were so good to work with and went over options. I would highly recommend them!

Took my 06 Sonata in for 'thorough and complete' steering and suspension inspection. Stressed 'thorough and complete' about 3 times. Stressed 'thorough and complete' about 3 times. Described the sounds I was hearing in the area of the front suspension and steering parts and indicated that I would be inclined to approve all recommended repairs as I wanted all the knocking and clunking sounds gone. Left the car on Wednesday morning. Around 2 pm same day was told, to my surprise, the only parts that needed to be replaced were lower control arms and strut assembly as well as rear shocks. I approved the work and requested the lower ball joints also be replaced and left the car. 2 days later, around noon Matt called me and said car was ready, had been test drivin and all knock and clunk sounds were gone. When I drove away as soon as I got to a bumpy section of road I heard the same knocks and clunks that I had taken the car in for. In the interest of fairness I estimate the noises were about half as frequent as before. I'm sure the car did need the lower control arms, ball joints and shocks/struts. So they fixed about half of the problem. Also now have a noise in the area of left rear shock that wasn't there before. I feel this shops priority is to get an estimate approved and a repair paid for whether or not the problem the customer brought the car in for was resolved. Also they clearly did not test drive the car after the repair or Matt wouldn't have told me the noises were gone. So I don't feel like they sold me something I didn't need but that they didn't do a thorough and complete inspection and repair. Or possibly (worse yet) intentionally left some needed repairs off the estimate so as to keep the total from being higher in fear I might not approve the work. I spoke with Matt and he said 'bring the car back and we'll take another look. I will give someone a second chance for an honest mistake but I feel this is a case of incompetence and or less than honest intentions. I don't know for sure but neither of those warrants a second chance with me. I will not use this shop again and would not recommend them. This review was written as honestly and accurately as I possibly could. I tried to keep emotions out of it.
