The technician that came today was very professional and customer friendly. He took the time out to walk me through setting up the app for my replaced. Unfortunately my phone does not get notifications when the door bell ring. We called Apple and they said the phone is working fine. The technician was here a very long time and he called the technician support and they could not get it going. I am paying for a service that is not working
