Vanger Windows and Doors did an excellent job installing my new patio doors. The entire process was great. The team arrived on time and completed the project as scheduled. The Vanger team are highly trained and skilled professionals. I highly recommend their work and would definitely hire them again.
We would highly recommend Vanger Windows & Doors The convenience of having product selections, measurements confirmed & installations coordinated at home was a great service. Victor V. responded in a friendly timely manner, was very knowledgeable of products choices & helped us chose the right doors & window for our home without high pressure selling. The installation team was awesome. We purchased 2 sliders & 2 windows in 2021 & 2 front doors 2022. Any time we had question Victor responded to our emails within a day.
Victor met with us several times. He was easy to work with, knew the products thoroughly and was able to deliver in a reasonable price range and time frame. His crew was meticulous and punctual always performing a great job. Much to our excitement, Victor was even able to repair the glass portion of a double casement window that was replaced by warranty from another company. We were satisfied and plan on calling again for additional work in the future.
I worked worked with Victor on three window projects. He was pleasure to work with and has great communication skills. He brought in an expert from Anderson as three of the windows were custom. He laid out several options for each job and provided thoughtful estimates. On the installation side, the work speaks for itself. "Murh" was the on-site job lead and is a true craftsman. He pays close attention to detail and makes sure the job is done correctly. The finished windows are included on Vanger's website and you would think they were original to the house. (no small feat give the uniqueness of the house) The only problem was the jobs... I worked worked with Victor on three window projects. There were reasons for this and Victor did his best to work though the delays but they did occur and should be mentioned in this review. The reason I'm giving Vanger five stars was the quality of work and the fact that Victor and Murph are truly professionals. Delays can happen and when they did, Victor took them seriously and I believe did his best to address the causes.
