Great place to purchase your appliances! I picked up a washing machine and dryer during president day sales and found Sam the best host for showing me around explaining everything I needed to know to make sure I was getting my best option for my needs. Got a 5 year full warranty and left knowing that I was in good hands when it comes time for delivery and set-up. He graciouly gave us his business card should or if anything would arise to call.

We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. We needed new kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer, and some furniture. We spent thousands and thousands of dollars at their store. Their selection was good and their sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery and install was good also and prompt. However, their service after the sale is terrible. About 2 and a half weeks ago our dryer quit putting out heat (LG upright not even 2 years old yet). We paid $179.95 for an extended 5 year warrant. When I called the Green Bay store, I was told I had to call the Appleton center. Then when I called the Appleton center, they told me...We moved to the Green Bay area about 2 years ago. EPIC said the earliest they could have someone come out to service it would be in over two weeks. In the meantime we are going to the laundry mat to dry our clothes ( A real PITA). So when the guy did show up last Monday (01/26, today is Sat, 01/31) he said it was the thermostat and he didn't have one and would have to order it and when it comes in he'll get us back on the schedule. So now it is going on 3 weeks and Monday we'll have to run to the laundry mat again. Very Poor service!
