I met Zach at our HOA meeting and was very impressed with the details he provided to the board. We hired him to replace the felt under our tile. Zach was wonderful. After a hail storm, he inspected my roof, took lots of pictures and shared them with me. He explained why I needed a new roof and went over the process. He made everything as easy as possible for me and handled all the notifications with the insurance company. Valley roofing, and repair was the answer I was looking for, for the best under-layment. With 11 workers on the roof it took about a day to do 98% of the roof and then finish up in the morning. I highly recommend valley roofing in repair, they are efficient, thoughtful and are serious about taking care of the customers needs.

We were solicited and decided to have our roof replaced to improve the value of our home. When they wanted something from us, they were Johnny on the Spot. However, when we needed answers or had questions, they were difficult to contact. The job itself was done on time and within the alloted time frame although the respect for our property was not great. This is what happens when you are dealing with undocumented workers I suppose. I cannot say for certain that they were but they did act, speak and appear to be.
