Michael was a great help at diagnosing my vacuum problem, giving me options for how to proceed with the fix, and providing suggestions for the right model for me when I decided I didn’t want to fix my old central vac. When I came in to purchase the new vacuum he walked me through the new model and was very informative and professional. The vacuum works amazing as well and he provided a lot of extra fixtures to make sure the vacuum fit in well with my infrastructure. This new model is amazing, it’s so quiet I don’t even hear it and it is so powerful. Will definitely continue to shop here.

One of the best experiences I have had. The employees were pleasant and knowledgeable right from the initial call to the installation. The installation was very efficient and quick they double checked everything and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Vacuum Central.

Awesome service and selection. We were tired of buying $300-$500 vacuum cleaners only to replace them in 3-5 years and so we went here to get some advice and try some of the vacuums out. They even have a variety of carpets to try the vacuums on to see what's the best match for your home and learn how to use the vacuum you like. The warranty is great and it's a peace of mind to know that we can return to the store to have our vacuum serviced as needed.

This is always my go-to place for Miele products. I bought a vacuum here and I regularly buy the dishwasher tabs in bulk for my Miele dishwasher because it's a great deal. Staff is friendly and helpful. Put you at ease to start a conversation about anything.
