What a delightful experience! Wonderful, gracious staff who handled a warranty issue with our Hoover rug cleaner without a hitch. They even accommodated our request to have the replacement unit shipped to our home in Augusta to save my husband and I having to drive to Columbia a second time. Also, the store is immaculate, showcasing on-site a wide array of the most well-respected brands available anywhere.

I bought my first Sebo vacuum a few weeks ago at the Vacuum Center. Everyone there was so knowledgeable, friendly and kind. They allowed me to compare vacuums and I am so pleased with my choice. I had always owned an upright vacuum but now own a canister and can see why people prefer them. My vacuum comes with a 10 year warranty and is so well made. As long as I live in Columbia, I will shop at the Vacuum Center. I was so impressed with the service there! I would highly recommend!!!!

What an amazing business ! The dual business concept here is so surprising and unique. I visited the Vacuum Center originally for service of my vacuum cleaner that I discovered was not a brand that they ordinarily service. Well they did it for me anyway and the service price was not overpriced. To say the least, I was very pleased with the customer service. Before I left the store I noticed that there was a display of some beautiful bottles and racks of some sort of liquids. I went by their new location at 1505 Charleston Highway a few weeks ago. They were in the process of reopening after lightning struck their old building and were forced to move. Even with all of the headache that they were going through with the move, they stopped everything and helped me with complete focus and attention. Mike also gave me some Nellie's Dishwasher Detergent to try out. It works absolutely incredibly and doesn't leave a hint of smell on my dishes.

This business has served the area for most of my life. New location, but it's the same folks. In 2006 I decided to buy a quality vacuum instead of the usual discount equipment. It has only needed very minimal service and has actually cost me significantly less to own over time. "Knowledge is power," they say, and these guys know how to help you pick out what will do the job and last for decades. No more disposable machines that only half work for me. They even offered to trade machines with me on an upgrade instead of repairing my older unit! If you need new or slightly used, they are worth checking out!
