Great business. Had our vacuum (purchased elsewhere years ago) serviced here after we noticed a noise. They took it apart and inspected the motor for damage, cleaned and lubricated it and cleaned out the brush head for a very reasonable price. Very upfront and honest about what they found, did not try to upsell or push unnecessary services. Kept me informed through the process and gave me options.
When we had another small issue with the vacuum after the repair, they took a look at it the same day I brought it in, gave it a once over, and had it back to me within a few hours. They also helped get us in touch with an electrician which made the entire process so much easier. Between Jeff and the electrician they recommended, I cannot say enough about these folks.
