I was in the market for a canister vacuum for my home and looked online to see remarkable reviews for VAC Connection and their team. My wife and I went into the store and were immediately met by Duncan, asking if he could be of assistance. Duncan spent a lot of time demonstrating and educating us on the various brands and models. We came out of the store with a SEBO premium brand residential vacuum, that we are extremely pleased with. It has every feature and benefit we could possibly need and more. I ordered a Sebo E3 vacuum cleaner online from this store. I received a call from someone shortly after, confirming the order and letting me know when their next shipment was coming in. I appreciated that they did not leave me waiting and wondering about when I should be expecting it. So far, my wife and I love the vacuum! It's got a 10 year warranty - time will tell if it is needed - and knowing that I can return to this shop if it needs servicing or repairs gives me comfort.

Lovely experience at Vacconection. George was so informative, professional and just so friendly, as was Duncan when I had spoken to him on the phone earlier. I felt at ease and had piece of mind the moment I walked in to their store. . I felt that they were honest, the products of good quality and their prices were very fair. Would highly recommend!

I called woth a Beam Central Vac issue and within two minutes George told me what was wrong. You could tell that he was honest. I could just feel it. It was a crappy answer as the engine on my ‘14 beam was made too strong and sucked particles through the filter and killed the engine. Warranty toast, as 2 co. Purchases ago would not honour warranty, bla bla bla. Made me feel special by saying there was $50 off or something… But with Christmas coning and all I just wanted it to work. By boss.. My Dyson soft head and bin recently broke and I needed to replace them quickly. The gentleman in the store was incredibly helpful, both in person and over the phone, and gave me a very fair deal. I’m so thankful to have my vacuum working properly again. You really don’t get this kind of customer service from online retailers or big box stores. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for the great service and fair pricing.
