The tech was polite and respectful and great customer service. Tech told me the vacuum would be ready in a couple of days. Received a call the following day; left a message stating he would clean and sanitize my cleaner too. The tech change the filter, cleaned and made repair even placed vacuum in my car!
This is my second time taking my old Electrolux vacuum in for repair. They always do an excellent job and are fast and polite. Store immaculate and well stocked. Fair price for the work and I love my old Electrolux!
Vac City is the best! I’ve never taken a vacuum to be fixed before so I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t have high hopes bc internet reviews of my Shark navigator described them as not easily fixed. The owner figured out the issue instantly and went in the back to find the part. He didn’t have one that would work, so he fixed the broken part by hand. It works just like new now, and he took the time to show me what he did. He didn’t charge me for the service, which was really generous. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience.

I bought a a Royal steam vac from Vac City well over 12+ years ago as I had originally brought a Hoover steam vac in for repair. (Lasted 2 years with minimal home use 1 dog, no kids) Of course the Hoover was beyond repair, but I was recommended the Royal steam vac as a product that would not break & last for years. It cost $300+ & they offered me $50 trade-in at the time so I bought it. After 12+ years of use and ZERO replaced parts, the Royal steam vac is STILL WORKING STRONG! Vac City was so corre...
