Reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Sarah, greeted me and asked me what the issue was with my computer. Jamie, diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave me several options. I recommend this professional organization you will not be disappointed.
I went in last week with 2 different issues. 1. My existing MacBook/Pro was misbehaving. They ran some test and were able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price. We were off to a good start. 2. I also needed to purchase a new computer for work. I brought in the requirement sheet from my office with what the computer will need to have (none of which I understood). Thomas Taylor understood and ordered what I needed at this appointment. I expected the computer the week of the 18th. They called today and said it had arrived. I picked it up about an hour ago and it is so fast. What a difference with work already. I am so exci... I am pleased with my visit and service received at Uwharrie. My lap top screen latch had broken. Jack got it fixed within 24 hours. Very friendly people and reasonable.
