USA Generators

Steve came out and gave me a price, which I thought was very reasonable. I checked with a few other companies and found their prices were great….since they don’t charge a sales commission. I have decided to go with USA generators after checking with a few references.

During the weekly generator test, I heard a noise that concerned me. I called Steve and someone was out in a couple hours to check for problems. It turned out to be a clamp that had worked loose and was vibrating and they took care of it on the spot. This crew is always very accommodating and they know their business.

Had a great experience with USA Generators, it started off with a phone call to Steve followed by a visit by Eric and Ryan to perform an inspection and check up of our Briggs & Stratton generator. They were prompt, professional and thorough in checking the operation of our generator. During the inspection, they discovered our generator (installed by another vendor) was never registered with B&S.
