Love these guys - specifically Scott and Mitchell. They respond quickly, arrive when they say they will, and are *great* at diagnosing and explaining what's going on. They helped me understand the 'why' behind the problem with my 2 leaking toilets, so I feel confident that I won't encounter the same issues in the future. They stand behind their work and have fair prices. Really glad to have found the company and will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I highly recommend Urquhart for plumbing work! I called on a Monday morning and got four plumbing problems fixed by lunch! Scott came out to diagnose and fix all four issues!! He was courteous, professional, and was very helpful by answering all of my questions about the work! One of my problems was a leak from my 51 year old Delta shower faucet that I had been afraid to let anyone touch! On the opposite side of the shower is the mirror that covers the whole wall of the main bathroom!! Scott knew exactly what to do and fixed it without any issues!! (A huge relief!). He also corrected the two faucet handles on my sink that were improper...I highly recommend Urquhart for plumbing work! I called on a Monday morning and got four plumbing problems fixed by lunch! Scott came out to diagnose and fix all four issues!! He was courteous, professional, and was very helpful by answering all of my questions about the work! He also replaced the cracked flange and installed new parts to stop the leak at the base where it attaches to the floor. He was very efficient and I am very pleased with his work!! Like another review I saw on here, the woman in the office you have to go through to get appointments is rude and unprofessional. Got my first appointment fine. Had no problem with the two men who came and diagnosed my problem. My issue is a belly in my pipe that was overlaid by a concrete patio before we bought the property. Fine, we'll cut the patio in half and put a channel through the middle. Workers say no problem, we have a construction group in the company that can do it but will take 3-5k PROBABLY to do it. I'm good with that.

I let her know we'll be out of town at some point and really need to know when, but fine. She calls back 30 minutes later and says no, they can't do it, I need to get a contractor. I ask if she can help me find one. I'm new in town. Yes, by this point, I'm heated. She basically tells me it's my problem and she won't help me. Not can't, won't. So, like another review, I now have a diagnosis and a willingness to spend a blank-ton of money to fix it and this woman is going to cost this company money, because, once I get someone to break up the concrete, I dang sure will think twice before going back to them.
Real shame because I really appreciated the two workers who actually did the work.
