If you are looking to replace your roof look no further this is the company you want to go with. They truly take care of their customers and made sure we included everything that was damaged after the hail storm. Jennifer and John communicate every step of the way and made sure to answer all our questions.
These guys have been great overall. The team is courteous, professional, prompt and responsive. During our roof repair, they have helped us to make our home more efficient and well worth their recommendations. They have exceeded all our expectations!
We used Urban Exteriors to replace our siding, gutters, downspouts, and they added cedar accents (columns and tongue & groove soffit). In our experience, it's been difficult to find a company that does quality work and cares about the end product. The Urban Exterior team is amazing. They are thorough and highly skilled at their craft. They were able to incorporate and remember all the change orders we submitted (and we submitted a lot)! John (the owner) was onsite essentially every day ensuring the progress and quality of the work. Wonderful experience. Would do highly recommend!!
Jon and his team replaced some rotting window trim and old siding in a single afternoon. He worked hard to get the paint colors to match the existing colors and the results are beautiful! The team craftsmen were respectful, professional, and masterful in their work. We will call Jon and Urban Exteriors again for any future exterior home needs!
Can't say enough good about having these guys replace our roof. They can do standard asphalt shingles of course, but we were putting on a specialty type, stone-coated metal shingles. They assured us they had the experience to do it right, and they did not disappoint. They were straight shooters from the beginning, were punctual, communicated regularly, did proper permitting, came out early to place protections for our garden, informed neighbors of the project beforehand, cleaned and picked up debris daily, and answered any questions we had. The company owner came to check on progress regularly, and the site foreman was professional, friendly,... Can't say enough good about having these guys replace our roof.
