We took our 2023 MacBook Pro M2 to several repair shops that said the entire logic board had to be replaced and that our data couldn’t be recovered, but UrGeeks was able to fix the issue and retrieve everything. John was friendly, explained the problem clearly, and had the laptop repaired within a few days. Overall, a reliable and straightforward experience. Highly recommended!

John is the best person for the job. He was very friendly and determined in fixing my MacBook. My MacBook suffered water damage which affected the keys and motherboard.I called Apple and they said it would take a couple of weeks to repair due to COVID. I needed my MacBook laptop in a couple of days because I had assignments that were due soon.So I called John and it only took him a couple of hours. I was very amazed when I received my laptop the next day and that it looked so brand new. The best repair shop in the DMV honestly. Thank you very much John 😁.
